Okay so i was curious, whenever i look at subs i look at the specs and i have noticed something with every reputable brand. For example the most recent sub i looked at was the AA Mayhem. I don't understand why the parameters for the same size same model sub, change based on whether it is 1 2 or 4 ohm etc. I understand that electrically the impedance is lowered by changing the resistamce of the inductor(coil) but why would, as with the mayhem, the bl of the dual 2 ohm be like 17 tesla meters and the bl on the dual 4 ohm be 25?? I really feel like the guy who wants to wire two of those in a 2 ohm load is getting totally shortchanged.
