Oh well, that&#039;s what I got. That&#039;s what I&#039;m trying to make work. I&#039;m not interested in a ported box. I have a 4 year old. Im not trying to blow the doors off. SA suggests .5 cu ft for sealed. First attempt, I made one at .64, that&#039;s with displacement, and there&#039;s almost nothing. The sub is moving. There&#039;s bass, but it&#039;s very weak. If I crank the volume, I get more but I get an unpleasant noise with it as well.&nbsp; I&#039;m running it on an old Alpine pdx 1000.1 amp @ 2 ohms. I know these subs can handle more, even though they&#039;re 750W rms.&nbsp; I plan on upgrading the amp soon but that&#039;s what I have for now. So, I&#039;m lookin for suggestions on the box size to help me out. I have more space. Im building the box to take up just the center seat.&nbsp; Do I make it a little bigger? .7? A lot bigger? Try polyfil? Is it the amp? Please don&#039;t suggest different subs or a ported box. I get it. This is what I have and what I will make work.&nbsp; Appreciate any help I can get.
