So one night this low-rider Nissan car pulls out from a side street, right in front of me, while I'm trying to keep my thing in a straight line on the way home, one night, going about 50 MPH on a main road. I slam on the brakes to keep from hitting the guy, but he doesn't speed up and I'm not slowing down as fast as I need to. The truck is all over the road and I'm *this* close to running over his trunk -- finally slowed down just in time. So, close-call averted, we all survived, but I was pretty bugged at that point. The driver was still going around 25 MPH on a 45 MPH street and when I pulled up beside him, the driver actually gave me "the bird" and he and 2 other guys in the car all reached under the seat for something. May have been a cell phone... May have been something else, but I was pretty short-fused at that point so I swerved toward his cute little hydraulic mobile just close enough to rip his passenger side mirror and part of the door off of the car. Then, before I (wanted to) find out what they were getting from under the seat, I spun a u-turn over a median and headed home. Felt kinda' good actually.The other time, I was leaving a movie with my girlfriend (at the time) in the passenger seat and 2 of my buddies in the back. The parking lot was packed from people leaving, but every one was being pretty civil... until I came across the "butch sisters" in their little pickup (I don't think they were actually related). Yea, I have no idea what they had going on with those mullet haircuts, but they obviously didn't like me or my truck in their territory. I had the right-of-way but they decided to pull out in front of me anyway and keep easing forward as if I had somewhere to move to make way for them. My GF and I had been having a bit of an argument so instead of taking out my frustrations on the heavy-bag at home, the little mullet mobile became the target. 40" swampers in granny low gear have a gentle way of tearing the entire front fender, bumper, and part of the hood off of a normal, every-day pickup truck. Hey!... Don't blame me, when I went forward in the lane I was already in, the driver of the other truck actually flipped me off and kept rev'ving her truck forward into my truck like some kind of arm wrestling match, even while pieces of her little thing were coming off in the tread of my tires. Yea, it was definitely an immature act of stupidity on both of our parts, but my truck didn't have a scratch on it and someone else being blatantly stupid went home, checked the damage and most likeley had to admit... yea.. his was bigger.Don't try this at home. Just because it *seemed* fun for me (at the time) doesn't mean it's safe for anyone. We all do stupid things in youth. The smart people learn from them. The smarter people learn from the stupid things other people do. These are definitely some of those.</blockquote>
