Well, First off we will start with the exterior. The top of the slide is not nearly as wide as a glock since it is resest a bit above the slide rail. The grip is totally different and also at a different angle and not as wide, not to mention an indention toward were the point between your thumb and forefinger meets the grip to give you a shorter more comfortable pull. It does have a trigger safety that looks like a glock but the internals are different. It also has a grip safety similar to a 1911 style pistol unlike a Glock. It also has a third intenal safety to not Fire out of battery unlike a Glock. It has a independant floated Slide rail unlike a Glock. It has a supported Chamber unlike a Glock. It is less likely to KB (KaBoom) then a glock due to the supported chamber and the fact that it will not fire out of battery. The slide is a closer more closed fit to the frame then a glock keeping out more dirt and junk then a glock. The guid rod prtrudes a couple of millimeters past the frame making it harder to damage the muzzle end if pressed into somthing or making it imposible to push the slide back past the point of being engaged when pressed in the back of someones head. I can also shoot much more accurately with it then a Glock and I have better reaction time. I have around 2500 round through my XD-40 that I bought new on christmas eave last year and it has had no malfunctions An HK MP5 is not a civilian gun and you would have to be law enforcement or have a BATF Tax stamp for it and would cost you in the $4-5000 range depending. It is most likely an HK94 or an HK 94 clone like the SW-5. And an HK94 is going to cost in the thousands and may need a tax stamp depending on length of barrel and other specs about it. MP5's are full auto and the HK94 is semi-auto version of an MP5. Some of the clones are shit since they dont have a locking action when fired
