The site I posted about is a division of Discount Tire which is a nationwide company - no fly-by-night type of operation. The rims I got were brand new, never-been-mounted wheels. I don't know about where you live but I would challenge anyone in my part of the country to go into any B&amp;M wheel/tire dealer and get a set of 17" Konig wheels, a full set of (mounted/balanced) 205/40ZR17 tires, a set of security lug nuts, and hub centric rings for under $600 new whether they have to be shipped or not.</blockquote>
