I bought a SNES off eBay and item description said it was working and later in the auction it says it is being sold as is and the condition of the item was listed above. I get it, and it doesnt work.  It takes a week to respond to each one of my emails.  I filed a claim, provided quotes from emails, yet pay pal decides in their favor. It was the stupid power supply which was messed up.  I was out 8 bucks for buying a new one, but still.  PayPal never asked me proof of emails, which I had, the seller never responded to the claim, only to select that what i said was not true (though it was because I had emails to prove it), and yet I get assed out.OP, I wish the best for you.
