Through the process of elimination I got down to the remote wire - I think that is what it is called - either way it is the blue one that the deck uses to tell the amp to power on. I checked the splice and then the amp and sub started working again. But I removed the USB drive to remove the deck and tested it on radio.Then when I turned on the USB drive, the amp powered off.So as far as I can tell, the deck stops sending signal to the amp through the remote wire when I select the USB source. This seems REALLY weird to me. Right off the bat, I thought that this deck is defective. How could switching sources affect power to the amp?Anyone have insight on this?Thanks you very much.</blockquote>
