RE XXX vs. Inhuman...is there an answer?

I am a member of this site (obviously) and a similar discussion board at ezboard.com. When I ask people on this site about the neverending Inhuman vs. RE XXX, most reply that the XXX is the better of the two for spl. On ezboard.com everyone seems to think that the Inhuman is the king of spl. Does anyone have a truely persuasive comparrison that would put one over the other? Or will the conflict continue?

In my situation I want to put a 3 cube box in my trunk (Grand AM) with the back seat down ant the sub and ports facing towards the front of the car. 12 or 15 inch sub with about 1500-2000 watts. RE XXX or Inhuman? Does anyone have a similar setup or has anyone owned both a XXX and an Inhuman that can truly compare them?

IMO, the XXX is better overall. I don't think you will notice much of a difference between an Inhuman and an RE HC in daily applications...

the XXX is a killer sub, but the Inhuman can be custom made to your own personal application

Inhumans are made by Beyond Audio, just search on google for the beyond audio home page, I forgot the site address.

well considering, i havn't heard or ever seen either of the two in person.. I can tell you this, an 10" pioneer 450w sub from canadian tire in a 0.6 cubic foot box will dominate all that stands in its way.....

which ones cost more? from lookin at the inhumanes web site looks like they may cost more but maybe there a place to get them cheaper

XXX is cheaper.. and louder.. and sounds a tiny lil smidge better...

i've got a XXX12 with a jbl 1200.1 going to it. Sounds nice. the box is 2.7 cubes tuned to 33hz. most people can't believe it's only one sub. i haven't gotten it metered but it's plently loud for me. it's capable of setting off alarms...if you want to be that obnoxious jerk who does that....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
