RE SX 15 or RE SX 18?

Which one? the 15 will be ported and more than likely the 18 sealed unless i dont want any room in my suv. i just want loud and low but not too muddy soundin. I mean for 30 bucks more the 18 seemed like a deal for what i want. But ive only heard 1 RE sub (RE SE 15).

i dont have all the space in the world but i got plenty of room for the 15 with some to spare i can just make the box longer and get a 18 ported. Just wanted to hear what people have to say.

ok well here the dimension for the 18 box. this is all with 1 inch thick mdf unless i can use 3/4. H=21" W=34" D=21" i did the rockford website internal volume calulator and it equaled out to be 6.685 cu ft. is that big enough. And yes JAZN there is a huge wow factor with an 18.

With those dimensions available it'd be fine sealed but a bit small to be ported... recommended volumes are: sealed 4.2cuft, ported 7.5cuft...

just waint till i got to athons again and buy my sx and i will give you the box and save you the trouble lol. But I dont know when that will be was down there a few times the other month

no its a 15, my dad had a smoker made down there then I went and got that and went back for some other stuff as well. But I am sure I will be down that way again once winter time comes around and I get laid off.

yea i could but i dont like a tall box but im not worried to much about space the more i think about it. i never haul anything around
