I saw in an early post that it was recomended that ed not rate them any higher than 300 watts rms. Maybe this is why I haven't had problems. I've given them each 300 watts rms. Also how many of you had failures in a ported type box? I'm thinking maybe ed should have made the k's strictly for a sealed application. THis would reduce the risk of the sub moving past it's designed limits. Also do you think ed will have problems with their new speaker design once they finish it? Also not to bash RE because I may look at getting one of their subs but didn't they have a problem with using (can't remember which company's parts) parts that didn't meet some other companies expectations of quality. What sub should I look at to have better sq than my 2003 2 10"k's and also plays louder from RE? I'm thinking of going to a single sub setup and either looking at Incriminator or RE.
