First off, those are outputs on the back of your head unit, not inputs. They send a signal. Just so you know. On the amp, they are inputs, as that is the receiving end of the signal. But, on to the issue at hand.... Your old head unit had front and rear/sub outputs, most likely. The new one has only one set of outputs, and is most likely the rear channels. In order to use the four channel with that head unit, you will need to use rca female to male y adapters. Like this. Amazon.com: Monster ILJRY-1 F Single Female RCA to Dual Male RCA Y-Adapter: Electronics You run a set of rca's from your head unit to the amp, and then split the rca's using the y adapter right before the amp. The end of the rca's that is the right channel will now be two right channels, same for the left. You will need to use the crossovers on your amp to set lowpass for the sub and either full or high pass for the 6.5's.
