Has anyone here ever done a project with a Rasberry Pi or thought about it? I was talking with a friend and we got to talking about in dashes. Then I started thinking why couldn't I hook up a Rasberry Pi via HDMI and install Android or a different OS on it? Does anyone know if this would be a good idea or even worth the time? For those of you that don't know, a Rasberry Pi is a handheld computer with about 512MB of RAM and other inputs and outputs. It has 2 USB ports so what I wanted to do was use one for a wireless keyboard (like this one Amazon.com: FAVI Mini Wireless Keyboard with Touchpad: Electronics) and use the other one for a 1TB external HDD to store music and movies on. Then have a smaller SD card to install the OS on. I have no clue if what I am thinking about will even work, but I think it would be a cool little project. What do you guys think? Here is kind of what I am thinking about. Obviously there is A LOT more to it, but this is the base of what I am thinking.
