We should be given an opportunity to legally increase our speed limit. We should be tested more often. Check our vehicle's more thoroughly, such as tire speed type, and brakes. We could have licensing requirements that require more, such as reaction speed. I think it would take more, but for those already doing more, it's not much more.</p></blockquote><p></p>
