Seems that if this is the case the first thing that needs to be taken care of is improving the quality of our education. I have to admit, growing up here and going to school here, then observing elementary, high school and undergrad programs in other countries, we are pretty far down, to the point that it is rather embarrassing.I read an op-ed this morning concerning undecided voters and that if they were not decided by election day, they should simply stay at home and not disrupt the election with obviously uninformed decisions.  I would tend to agree with this. Basically, if you are not smart enough to make an informed decision this late in the game, you most likely are not capable of making a decision that would be a responsible choice for you or your family.</blockquote>
