Okay, well just got my Crunch GP3000D-Pro today from the DHL man I don't have any electrical upgrades or anything done yet (since I won't be installing this for another few weeks) But was wondering if I were to just hook it up to any car battery and a ground would I be able to test it for power? Just trying to make sure the amp works, which it should since it came sealed from MAXXSONICS but still, factory defects are common. But assuming I have gains all the way down to zero or whatever it won't be sending any signal really so it shouldn't have much of a current draw so it should be fine on just a battery without anything just to verify it powers on without going into protect, right? Let me know guys, Sorry if this is a stupid question but I'm pretty noob to this as you all know. Thanks!
