Message: <blockquote data-quote="c4hybrid2007" data-source="post: 1216087" data-attributes="member: 563956"><p>Gonna be running a 600.1Kicker amp to a single 12" l7 ported kicker in a 1997 Grand Prix GT.  Car will have a 0/1 gauge amp kit installed and will be getting a yellow top Optima battery(when the old one goes).  Alternator is rated at 105 amps.  Was wondering if it will have any problems here.  Say idling with the headlights on, heater blowing, and music turned about halfway up.  I know that is a big load but do you think the dimming/alternator strain will be really bad?  I know of the big 3 but will the 1/0 guage kit be enough.  I dont want to have to upgrade the alternator.  THanks</p></blockquote><p></p>
