I would have them on the same types of amps, but to answer the question:-If the car is off and you dont have a relay for the rear battery, yes, it will drain/feed off of both batteries (eventually draining them, but it'd take a while Id say)-With the car on you shouldnt have a problem at all and I wouldnt think your alternator would have much of a problem with this (Ive seen stock alts and single, stock battery's have more power running just fine)</blockquote>
