I know during the hurricanes here in FL, communication was not that good either, and people panicked a little more during the first storm, than the second, where communication was a little better.  So I can understand that they are angry , frustrated, and sad, but that doesn't justify law breaking.  So while  patience is hard to come by, they are going to have to come to a realization that it is the only way that things can get done more efficiently.</p></blockquote><p></p>
