Regardless of whether or not he just got done robbing a store or not or what kind of life he lived, the chop doesn't get to decide whether he lives or dies. So all that info is immaterial. What does matter is if he was threatening the cops life or not, because every person had a right to defend themselves. Media like to throw a whole lot of unimportant information out there to tilt the story their way. I don't know what really happened since I want there but I question everything!</p></blockquote><p></p>
