When the RCA's are plugged in, the red light comes on even though the ground isnt attached. When i connect the ground from that point the red light turns off but no green light (power) comes on. any help would be appreciated. I have trouble shooted a small bit by putting the remote wire into the 12V slot with the power cord and leading the other end into remote slot but with no avail. Thanks!</p></blockquote><p></p>
