Message: <blockquote data-quote="oldschool4me" data-source="post: 6152976" data-attributes="member: 581630">agreed. next year they should have the bugs worked out for the most part. cars are ran through production with robots doing most of the work and the cars are ran on carriers through the plant and not every carrier is going to be set up identical to the next. the carriers are built with an allowance of imperfection. this will make for alignment errors in production. same with programming the robots. once the line is ran for a period of time they eventually get them set up to where variance is minimal and its usually by about the time the production is at the end of the first production year.funny to see what happens to cars when a machine gets out of wack lol.</blockquote>
