The radio only works in the ON position and not the ACC. Also there is no radio display in the ACC or OFF positions, its totally dead. The radio only fully functions during ON and when the engine is running. I checked the red wire with a multimeter and it reads 12V only in the ON position. In the ACC position it reads 0V. The yellow battery wire always reads 12V. I checked all the ground wires and they have continuity. Anybody have a fix for this? Maybe I can run the red wire from the radio to somewhere in the fuse box that works in ACC? 2000 Dodge Intrepid Pioneer HU
