THis is a public service anouncement to GAuntlet and LBX2G. You were absolutely correct. Since the amp was out of warranty I continued to do some tests on it. I hooked the amp up to a different power and ground wire and it worked. THen I tried it with the old ground wire I was using and it didn't work. I then tighten the ground pretty stinkin' tight and the amp works. Thanks guys. Wow. My system is loud. I don't even have my subs hooked up yet. I got planet audio componenets in the front hooked up to a kenwood amp getting 100X2 rms and two way planet audio speakers in the back hooked up to the lightning audio amp getting 100X2 rms. It is really loud with the volume only turned up half way. NO distortion. Now I just have to hook up my jbl bp600.1 amp to my subs. BOy it's going to sound pretty good, especially when I get a set of elemental k's in the summer. Once again thanks a lot guys. From now on I will make sure my grounds are really secure, I thought it was, but obviously it was not.
