I have two ways I can go mids and highs so far. I can either go pro audio mids and highs or multiple comp sets. Since I already have two pair of <strong>morel tempo 6's </strong>that I can run, I can just add another pair or 2 and call it a day. I also have two pair of <strong>AA polys </strong>a pair of <strong>Css 125frs </strong>and <strong>vifa tweets </strong>that I can run active. I would probably try to find another pair or 2 of the AA polys and another pair of Css 125frs and vifa tweets and call it a day. I really don't want to run pro audio mids and highs but if they are my best option then I'll do so. In the front doors I was thinking of two 8's or 10's (<strong>midbass</strong>) two 6.5's (<strong>midrange</strong>) two 1" tweets(<strong>highs</strong>) I would invest in a DQS and EQ the hell out of those mofo's. Any suggestions or input would be appreciated. Thanks! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif</p></blockquote><p></p>
I am starting a new build and I wanted to get some recommendations on mids and highs. I am some what of a SQ guy but this setup is definately geared towards SPL. I am planning to Compete in Bass racing events this summer. I am running two Nightshade 18's in a 4th order bandpass powered by two Saz 3000's. My car is going to be loud! and I need my mids and highs to keep up with my bass output. I have two ways I can go mids and highs so far. I can either go pro audio mids and highs or multiple comp sets. Since I already have two pair of morel tempo 6's that I can run, I can just add another pair or 2 and call it a day. I also have two pair of AA polys a pair of Css 125frs and vifa tweets that I can run active. I would probably try to find another pair or 2 of the AA polys and another pair of Css 125frs and vifa tweets and call it a day. I really don't want to run pro audio mids and highs but if they are my best option then I'll do so. In the front doors I was thinking of two 8's or 10's (midbass) two 6.5's (midrange) two 1" tweets(highs) I would invest in a DQS and EQ the hell out of those mofo's. Any suggestions or input would be appreciated. Thanks!
