None of the old school PPI amps ( AM, Pro- Mos, Art Series, PC) were underrated...they almost always put out right at or a little over rated power. That being said, imo they are some of the best amps for SQ you can find. Power supplies are very tightly regulated on all except for the Pro-Mos (someone correct me if I am wrong, working soley on memory here) which were not and also were the only ones stable below 2 ohms stereo and 4 ohms bridged. Btw that was a pretty decent deal on some good gear. If you wish to keep that amp for a long period of time do not run it below 4 ohms bridged.</p></blockquote><p></p>
