I honestly dont care much for pre workout stuff. I try to eat some compley carbs and some protein, So I eat whole wheat tuna sandwich. Or if I am lifting in the AM I will eat a couple waffles covered with crunchy peanut butter. Then post workout I **** down a mass builder with atleast 50G of protein and close to 1k cals. I maintain roughly 10-11% BFP and currently weigh 210 and I am 6'1" but have been out of heavy training for a year. I was gonna compete in the west texas classic in middle weight novice. But I got laidoff and cant afford to eat like a mad man and work too much to properly train. I am not a fan of creatine, history of kidney stones in the fam and I can feel the kids hurtin when I tool celltech no matter how much water I drank. If you have an energy issues try out redline. lol. Its crack in a bottle.
