I thought I would share this build as Im using a new material its called Black Diamond MDF its made out of black fibers it is pricey but if you factor in painting and rhino lining its actually a good alternative because its sand-able and if you are using glass windows you get a finished interior. This box is a sealed box with a 3/4 glass baffle to view the interior glass Marine logo that will be edge lit with red Leds. There will be two access holes to service the subs and secure them to the glass using bolts instead of screws. Because we want to showcase the mechanics of the interior the speaker terminals will be reversed to see push down terminals. This box will be walled off from the inside so with the seats folded forward you see the glass wall baffled subs and led graphics. To hide the rear of the box from the trunk it will have its own separate wall with a laser etched POW logo edge lit with white leds. On each side of the glass window their are grooved spaces to surround the amp and crossover. The videos of this complete build should be on my youtube channel by Wednesday. Im having upload issues so the good pictures cant be shown but the rough unedited videos of the progress are here https://www.youtube.com/user/CustomEnclosures/videos
