I got the pioneer x962 amp, and i hooked it up and there is power in the power wire, ground wire and remote wire. But i can not seem to get any sound from the sub, so i checked the voltage of the channels on the amp and nothing there, so the only wire probably causing this problem is the rca wire i think. The rca wire is new, BUT, i had to cut it and add extensions to make it longer, and i think that is where the problem is, but i am not sure why. Any other ideas or possiblities for these problems? Thanks.
