[QUOTE="Catalyst, post: 2549937, member: 573309"] Hello. I just recently started having problems with my system, and I am in desperate need of some help. I have a 87 Honda Accord Lxi Hatchback, with a Pioneer DEH series deck, 4 6' Rockford Fosgate Punch Speakers, a 1000w Arc Audio amp, and 2 C4 12' Subs. Ive had all this installed for about 3 months, and its worked great, until the other day. I was driving down the road, and all of the sudden, my 4 6' speakers just stopped making sound, but my subs were still working. There was no pop, and they didnt sound like they blew. I pulled over, turned off my car, and turned it back on, and everything was ok again, for about 3 seconds, then the problem happened again. After that, I couldnt get the speakers to come on at all, just the subs were working. My friend told me that I had fried the internal amplifier in my pioneer deck, and it was time to get a new deck. So thats what I did, i went out and bought a brand new kenwood deck. I just put the kenwood deck in this morning, and it worked for about 10 seconds, then it did the same thing! No more sound from the 4 6" speakers, but the subs still work. Im frustrated and I cant figure out whats wrong with it, and I need some help! Thanks! PS> If i dont respond until monday, its because im going out of town for the weekend, but i look forward to some responses when i get back.
