I noticed a few weeks ago that my right speaker in my door had gone dead. A few days later, I noticed that as soon as I put my car in reverse to leave my driveway all of my other speakers would die, except for my subwoofers in my trunk. Eventually every speaker stayed dead, except for my subs. So, I ordered all brand new 6x8 rockford fosgates and also decided to rewire my speaker connections with a reverse wiring harness, I cut the factory harness and rewired according to the color code and with the use of a multimeter. After installing everything my system sounded great while I was testing it out. Then, when I went to get in my car again and leave, all of my speakers were dead again. Except for my subs. I have the Jenson KD-G420 (I think?) I'm not outside right now. I have some cheap subwoofers (but these seem to be working fine) and a cheap amp I found at wal-mart called a sony Xplod, its like 650 watts I think. What could possibly be causing my door speakers to be dead but my subwoofers to be working just fine. I am very frustrated because I spent almost 6 hours today removing door panels, crimping wires and installing speakers. Please Help!!! Thanks
