You obviously have power to the amp. You also have a signal from the head unit. What you need to do is check and double check all connections from the amp to the speakers. Make sure that + = + / - = -. and if you have dual voice coils be absolutely sure the polarity is correct. You may have to remove speaker from enclosure to verify polarity.
