So I've had 4 Alpine Type-S coaxial speakers and a 12 inch fusion sub for a while now, but I just upgraded and swapped out my Sony Xplod head unit for a new Alpine unit, and got a better quality box for my sub (my 12 inch sub was in a box for a 10 inch), and I bought an Alpine KTP power pack amp for my head unit. I just finished installing all of this myself, and it sounds terrible! I duplicated all the wire connections exactly, the subwoofer is working, the amp is hooked up right, and with the additional 45 watts RMS for each speaker that the amp is providing, it doesnt even sound HALF as good or as loud as it used to. Does anybody have any ideas as to why this might be? I really don't want to have to go to an audio store and pay money to have somebody look at this. I just don't understand what I could've done wrong....</p></blockquote><p></p>
