But if you just want it to be quieter try going sealed or down grading to a less powerful sub. If you would like to stick to Rockford then try one of the prime series subs. They still sound very good, just not near as "boomboom" loud as the p3s. Theres also smaller subs, you don't necessarily need a 12". Ive heard some 8" subs that are pretty nice and more punchy than boomy.</p></blockquote><p></p>
