He finally purchesed a Kenwwood MP 235. We put it in. Spliced in the required GM Wire Harness and antenna adapeter put it all in and it worked GREAT. Except his right front speaker would not work. We pulled out the head unit to see the grey/black wire for that speaker had come apart from the harness. We respliced it in and reinstalled the unit. And now heres where it goes bad......we recoonnected the negative battery cable turned the car on and the only theing that started blairing was the subs and they couldn&#039;t be controlled by the tuner. We had to turn the car off. Pulled it all out again to look at the harness and wiring. Everything looks to be intact.......now it seems I cannot even get the head unit to turn on. Can anyone please help us.......did the head unit go bad? Fuse?&nbsp; And if it helps, this harness has a door chime that comes with it and that seems to work fine.
