Message: <blockquote data-quote="adam71" data-source="post: 1440560" data-attributes="member: 549079"><p>LOL.  I can say that since I'm using the 860 in exactly the same way I used the 920.  I didn't change any other component in the system when I replaced the 920 with the 860.  Those 2 decks have the same processing capablities when used in standard mode.  Albeit the 860 is capable of more but I only use it in standard mode.  Other than the TA they are about the same.  13 band Eq, 6.5volt preouts.  So when I replaced the 920 with the 860 it was clear that the d/a conversion in the 860 was clearly superior to the 920.  24bit vs 16bit...night and day.  Especially when playing some 24bit compact discs.</p></blockquote><p></p>
