Normally the motorized front has to come down in order for the face to come off so I&#039;m really worried I&#039;m going to break the fast if i keep prying it off to reset the problem. It comes off REALLY hard but its the only way for me to get it off when t does this because it will NOT turn on unless I remove the face and put it back on.I&#039;m about to buy another brand H/U.
