Hey everyone, I have a Pioneer 5200NEX, and I've started having a couple of issues. First, while driving, the sound will sometimes cut out and then come back within a couple seconds. The screen never shuts off, I just lose sound. Does not seem to matter whether the road is smooth or bumpy, as if it were a loose connection. My other issue is that both of my volume buttons on the radio itself turn the volume up. I have steering wheel controls and those both work properly. I tend to believe they may be related, as they started roughly around the same time. For both issues, a quick Google search suggests that there may be an internal failure, which honestly might be better for me. I can take stuff out and replace it or put it back in, but I've never been good at testing electrical stuff. The offending head unit is installed in a 2004 Ford Expedition, if that matters, and was installed by the previous owner at some point. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!
