I had two 15" Cerwin-Vega's in a recommended ported encloseure inside a Astro van using one 500 watt 2 channel RoDek amp. (which is out of business). The system hit 151dB (no joke) and that was back in 1991. No extra batteries, caps, no hidden amp, or expensive install.
