Beating a 5-speed 4.6 means that the other person couldn't drive a stick as well as you can mash the gas. It also means his car is probably poorly maintained. It's not uncommon to lose gobs of power due to improper valve lash, which is a possibility with the 4.6, seeing as how it's OHC. Beating ONE 4.6 does not constitute all 5.0s being faster than 4.6s.</p></blockquote><p></p>
