About 3 years ago they started doing it. I started working for another city about 5 months ago and they did the regular piss test. So it really depends on the employer or agency that is doing the hiring. I can tell for a fact that most of the employers at the other city I used to work at smoked some phatty *** blunts often cos of the neighborhood and cos they always talked about it. I was in the recreation field and during arts and crafts this one guy made an ash try for his blunts.</p></blockquote><p></p>
