Is that hard to believe he didn't want any trouble? He has clearly worked on his temper, as he was only suspended for one game last year. Either way, it's completely irrelevant. All these arguments are ridiculous. He has a horrible past, so he tries to learn the error of his ways by becoming passive and ignoring Ben Wallace, but apparently he becomes a bit*h in the process because he backed down. But if he did do something he's just another psycho who can't control his anger. It's a no-win situation. The Pistons won the championship last year by playing hard all 48 minutes, regardless of the score or who was on the court. You try and score and someone's gonna try to stop you. It's quite simple. Stop making irrational arguments to support your unfounded claims. Wallace had the exact same decision to make. He could have choose to take the foul like a normal person and stepped up to the line, he didn't. He could have chose to stop talking shit and getting in peoples faces, he didn't. He could have chose to not throw a towel in Artest's face, he didn't. Artest could have chose to not go in the stands, he didn;t. Again, I am not saying that what Artest did was completely right, but it makes no sense to call out Artest for his reaction and completely ignore what Wallace did. Both share equal responsibility.
