There the same model number, there brand new 2008 year cameras, there are no "older model versions," the M1033 came out in feb 08

the first one in the pic it says 8.1 mps also the camera looks completely different

edit: I shouldve posted the rest of the convo or her telling me they are 2 different camera's and it was not until I posted references from Cnet and Kodak showing her that they are indeed the same she would refer the issue to some "Issues department," which was fine with me. It is a badass camera though, takes HD video in 720p with audio for less than $200 !!
