Most of the reason do to crime rate out of the area of the map. Might help alittle.Look at Lake Mary Area as well and tips of Sandford if anything. To be all honest every one likes where they live. I am ready to move toward Winter Park just because its not as active in that area and allot more settle people there. The High life of College kids gets old after about 7 years of it. If that tells you anything. You may like it for the first few years to get on your feet then skip to a better area as your here. Allot cool people to meet ect ect.....</blockquote>
