If it was only 10, i would say holy hell, but i would say atleast 5000 people run the product, i could name off a quick one hundred or so, and name 2 that had problems till i helped troubleshoot the problem.  Guess were the problem lied?  USER ERROR.  either too high of rca voltage, bad ground &amp; voltage, or bad box.  just because the equipment isnt DUMMY PROOF doesnt make it bad product.......</blockquote>
