[QUOTE="kdsalas, post: 7992131, member: 649377"] Hi Let me explain what I am in, I am a RC Helicopter Pilot and I own a Tiburon GT 2007, I just buy a new Optima Yellow Battery Deep Cycle for the trunk, I will installed on my Trunk for charging purpose. I will plug in my charger to charge my lipos battery of my Helicopter on the field, now I do not know If I need to instal the + wire of the optima directly to my alternator but some friend tell me that the alternator will be go off some day because he will star charging two batteries at the same time. Maybe I will drain the Optima on the field. I read about the insolator that If I connect the batteries parallel the alternator will charger each, but optima batteries literature said that I can't connect to different battery if they are not the same brand, if you understand my message please let me know what I need to do and if the insolator is my option.
