I have a 02 quad cab dodge( full 4 door ) and I bought a box off ebay, then subs off a guy on SD, subs are blown, box aint worth a crap, and I'm tired of it. I'm going to custom build me a box under the back seat Here's the dilemma, the box I have now, as stated, is about 1.2^ft before displacement(entire box). Well I'm just going to make it for one sub(If I go with a 10) or for two 8's. Should I go ahead and build it and put a ported 10 or two ported 8's in there? Help? I intend to do it right( I also need a box design here, or someone who will help me with how big to make the port)... I posted this before but no one would respond, so I changed the post title and maybe someone will take a gander. I have 250x2 at 4ohm and 325x2 at 2ohm to work with here, so I've got enough power for two pretty decent 8's or one pretty good 10, I'd say. Is .5^ft per sub, after displacement and port, enough for a ported 8, or nay? Which 8's/10's? Help? Please? Thanks for lookin Ryan
