Aesthetics are subjective. Ironically, the lines on an F40 are objective. Those lines are what they are predominantly for wind resistance, down force, and cold-air induction. F40's were designed with performance first, aesthetics second. It would be like saying a drag racing funny car has ugly lines. Those lines are functional, not to be pleasing to the eye.
