Its  pretty old school, brand new installed about 97ish.  Its a custom built box with two memphis 10's sealed. The amp is an HC-400 2 channel amp. The amp is mounted flush *in* the box, only the memphis plate shows. i recently disassembled the thing to take a look inside, and i notice a few things: The gains are turned up ALL the way, and the bassboost in on. Also, the two subs are hooked up where the two positives are on the same terminal, and the two negatives are on the same terminal. Mind you, this was built and installed by the local professionals, Precesion(sp?) Tint &amp; Audio. So...why the hell aren't my subs and amp burnt to hell? And why would they have them wired like that? Any ideas?</p></blockquote><p></p>
