Not in bad shape, dont mind the box it looks like sht from when the carpet was taken off and never redone yet. Shoot some offers not wanting much for these. Possible trades as well i guess.  I can glue those loose pieces back on and some are missing though. But grill covers will cover them up fine.  I am running them around 175 apiece right now max is 400 and they sound very good.
