The differences i see are that the new SW7 has 500 watts RMS and 1500 peak where as the old one has 450 RMS and 900 peak, and the new one has a titanium cone verses the aluminum cone on the old one. So far i have bought 1 old SW7 for 115$, and the second one was gonna cost me 160$ (thats the cheapest i can find another one). The new ones i can get for 170$. How much different are these? Im also wondering if i would notice a difference if i bought 1 new one, and then had one of each. I can give 500 watts to each sub. I would probably try to sell the old one, and buy a second new one, but until i can sell the old one, i would hook up the old and new ones at the same time. So my questions are how much different are these 2 models, and would i notice a big difference in having an old and a new one hooked up at the same time?
I was planning on getting 2 12 inch eclipse SW712DVC-T4, the older model SW7. But ive been looking at the new SW7200. It looks the exact same except the epclise emblem on the front is in a different font.
